When international telecom provider Altice acquired U.S. based Cablevision and SuddenLink, thousands of satisfied business and residential customers were in need of reassurance while their trusted brands transitioned to a new parent company. The foundational messaging we established enabled us to tell a consistent story across multiple audiences and inform new efforts, including the launch of a quarterly newsletter for Altice Business Customers.
As with any rebranding effort, this has also required updating of all existing materials to reflect the new Altice identity and naming conventions.
